Towards new heights in the management of our human resources !
We are proud to announce that we have received a grant from Services Québec (Emploi et Solidarité sociale) to support us in improving our human resources management. This support will allow us to adopt strategies more suited to our continued growth, and to strengthen our internal practices.
The project officially started on September 25 with our expert consultant who will accompany us throughout the process, and help us optimize our approaches to talent management, in order to better support the development of our teams.
We look forward to sharing the results and new initiatives ahead!
