Create a safe discharge zone
Our snow removal enclosure is the perfect solution for creating a safe discharge zone at the edge of a rooftop. The enclosure functions like a safety cage, ensuring workers stay within the designated discharge zone and never overstep safety limits. Once the snow has been cleared from the roof, teams can carefully shovel it off into the designated dumping zone below.
As per industry recommendations, a two-meter buffer zone is required around the perimeter of the roof. This buffer zone prevents workers from removing snow too close to the edge. To create this zone, we recommend pairing the snow removal enclosure with Delta Prevention’s warning lines.
