If a concrete block detaches from your building and falls, who is held responsible?

Let’s remember the concrete block that fell from the 17th floor of a building on Boul. René-Lévesque last May in Montreal and that of July 2009 which crashed on Peel Street, causing the death of a woman.

It is good to remember that we are obliged to prevent unfortunate incidents like these. Moreover, law 122 states that it is the responsibility of managers to have their buildings inspected by professionals on a regular basis. This precaution ensures the safety of citizens and reduces the impact of criminal responsibilities if an accident occurs.

We therefore realize the importance of installing permanent access equipment that will significantly facilitate these essential interventions and especially to have them inspected at least once a year in order to ensure their compliance.

If you are looking to equip your buildings with high access systems or if you wish to use an inspection service for your current equipment, we can help you.

We rely on the expertise of experienced consultants, engineers and technicians and our access systems meet the highest industry standards. In addition, our inspection teams efficiently carry out a complete verification and update of your access systems to ensure compliance.
