The investigation highlights several contributing factors, including:&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>insufficient planning of work at height<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lack of fall protection measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inadequate management of work during hot weather conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the CNESST, this accident could have been prevented. The use of a harness connected to an anchorage system with a fall arrest connection would have helped prevent the fall.
