Yannick has a college certificate in architecture. He began his career at INTO in 1995 as a CAD technician. That same year, he rose up the company ranks by taking an active part in sales, project management, production, and installation activities. In 2004, Yannick became a company shareholder and rose to the position of Chief Executive Officer. In his new leadership position, he built a team of experts dedicated to growing the company.
Today, he manages all facets of the company’s operations and oversees all efforts to achieve corporate objectives. He ensures compliance with the company’s vision and mission on a daily basis and supervises the maintenance department while remaining active in its operations.
In 1995, Stéphane earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval in Quebec City. In 1999, Stéphane joined Échafaudage Du-For / INTO, where he held a series of positions, including project manager, trainer, and specialist in both fall-protection technical resources and permanent and temporary access systems. He has led multiple successful projects and helped train more than 600 employees at Bombardier. In 2006, he rose to the position of director, sales and marketing; in 2010, he became one of the company’s three leading shareholders. Stéphane has great business-development acumen, which has allowed him to promote the company across Quebec and deploy positive efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. His wide-ranging experience – acquired as a plant employee, draughtsman, project manager, engineer, and quality manager at various companies – has resulted in his tremendous versatility and his leading expertise in the industry.
Following several years working in civil engineering, Stéphane went to work in the Northwest Territories and all over Quebec as a team leader and as a public works inspector in the municipal sector. He transitioned to mechanical engineering while pursuing required training in welding supervision, welding management, cost control, team coaching, occupational health and safety, and leadership.
Stéphane has been director of operations and production at INTO since 1996 and a shareholder since 2010. He heads research and development projects and the design of new equipment. He also oversees operational logistics in the production department and the technical services department.
